Assembly was easy and works great my husband loves it we use it to back our enclosed trailer into parking spots when we unhook it from our rv takes a little muscle to turn but very manageable way better and safer than the old way we would definitely recommend it
Making any kind of sharp turn one tire tends to lift creating loss of traction

I own a 2021 - 25 foot Globetrotter and needed a Trailer Dolly to move it into my tight garage. I ordered the Parkit360 10k from etrailer and they were superb in both service and delivery. The only thing I am a bit disappointed in is the Parkit360 could not get the Airstream up on all four of my tire savers on a very flat surface. These tire savers have just a minor hump to get over and I had to remove the street side pair to successfully get the drivers side pair onto the them. My hitch weight is 850 pounds, so I was not maxed out, but the Parkit360 tires just spun trying to get over both pair of tire savers. Otherwise, I am delighted I was able to park my Airstream in my tight garage with much more room to spare than I could ever achieve backing it in with my truck.

I have a narrow driveway and a 90 degree turn to the garage. I purchased the 10,000lb dolly to be able to move my 6x14 cargo trailer. The dolly was well packaged, easy to assemble and thoughtfully designed (trailer brake, puzzle piece to level the ball connection to the trailer). There is no way I could have put the trailer in my garage with my truck and especially by myself. This thing rocks. Credit the prompt response to my questions from Parkit sales support for this purchase.
We love our new parkit360. It is so easy to use. Wish we would have had this Gem years ago, but glad we have it now!

The trailer dolly was delivered quickly. Setup was easy. Worked OK on a short test - moving the trailer back and forth and turning it slightly.
It is hard to get it to turn - takes quite a bit of strength, but it will work for me
Complete dissapointment. Left me stranded twice and scrambling to get my truck out to move the trailer.
I bought the 10k unit to move around my boat/trailer that weigh about 5k lbs. Overall it does the job well, but does take some getting used to. I bought this dolly to keep me from hitting the sides of my garage door (I only have about 1/2" clearance on each side of the boat). Just follow the instructions and make sure you charge the battery after every use
Used it first time yesterday to move a heavy, dual-axel boat trailer on gravel with a 1 deg grade. Worked very well. Once the thing is mated to the hitch and kept vertical by the tube, It maneuvered well. Prior to mating with the hitch, the unit is heavy even with the long lever arm of the handle. Moving it from storage to use site required strength. My wife could not do this. Some means of supporting the load while moving from place to place would be good. Also, placement of the charging status display is inconvenient. These are minor inconveniences and the thing appears to have plenty of capacity, good fit and finish. It would be nice to include an explanatory sentence in the instruction regarding the two screws in the hitch balls. Why are they there?

Thank you for such the detailed review Steve! This information will be most useful to people considering purchasing the Parkit360. Are you talking about the 2 screws on the part that the ball goes into?
I’m very dissatisfied with the height of the ball on the parkit 360. It wasn’t even high enough for the tires to clear the tongue of my boat trailer. I haven’t even tried to use it on my travel trailer yet because of the height. You should offer options on what height the of the stem for the trailer ball is needed. 20 inch ball height just doesn’t work. It’s going to be less expensive for me to have a taller stem manufactured than to return your product.
So far so good! Moves a 7500lb trailer with around 800lbs of tongue weight pretty well! Make sure there is lots of clearance around the tongue jack, if you turn sharp the wheels hit anything hanging down. The battery does drain pretty fast but that is about the extent of any complaint.
Works great. I have a tight space and would not be able to access the trailer if I had to back in. This was just what I needed.
The ball has two screws in it that work as their proprietary way of fastening ball within the trailer. The screws don’t allow my brand new Mastercraft boat trailer to latch. I therefore have been forced to purchase the telescoping attachment at another $[XX] after already spending $[XX]. Frustrated the dolly does not work as designed and advertised.
This works exactly as it says it will! We bought this because I have a tight 90 degree turn to back into my driveway with my trailer. The instructions are clear and it’s easy to hook up the dolly, and it moves my 6k pound bumper pull no problem. Makes it incredibly easy to park exactly in the middle where I want it without my giant truck.
Bad reviews seem to be from people using it out of spec so double check where you want to use it for lips and slope. I haven’t tried it on gravel but payment and crushed granite rocks have been zero issue.
Plus this was on back order from the manufacturer. Etrailer had it in stock and we got it in three days!
I really want to like this. It has some serious flaws that all the Youtube videos don't show. I had to buy the attachment to be able to use it. You have to jack up the trailer super high. The tires would hit the tongue jack or blocks. Because of that we could not use it on our older RV with out buying the side mount or hitch adapter. On our bigger Cruiser RV the tire would hit the jack. Having to use the tool to tighten the ball and removing is a pain. You have to have two people to set it up or find some boards to block up the dolly so you can lower the tongue on it. It looks looks well built and and at least I will be able to use it. Just very frustrating experience to use it. I expect more for something of this price. Totally regret this purchase.
Get this one. Trailer: 26 ft camper, dual axle, 7200 lb, tongue wt 850 lb; also glass bass boat with trailer about 3000 lb, tongue wt 300 lb, also dual axle. Fairly level/flat concrete & asphalt drive. No problems; very smooth mover. Watch the video "A Closer Look" on the product page - several useful tips there. You will likely need to drop the landing foot of your travel trailer. Boat trailer has a bit of a hump to get into the garage; with light tongue weight there is some slippage (but cheap "snow traction" pads take care of that). Socket for charger is inconveniently located. You don't need the 3rd wheel that can come as an extra - a couple 2x4s put it at just the right angle for docking. Don't expect to go any long distance especially if on a slope with heavy load - it will chew through the battery. The 7-way socket is great - works with the camper brakes, and releases the boat trailer surge brakes, no issues. I have another brand trailer spotter with the right ratings, drill/hand cranked, much less expensive, but it just doesn't do the trick and is a real back-breaker. If you have a real trailer, get a real spotter. Get this one.
The 2 star rating is based on using on a gravel surface. It was unable to push my 5000 lb dual axle pontoon boat and trailer into my garage because there was a 1” lip from gravel to concrete followed by a 1 “ lip into the garage. It just sat there and spun. I even decreased the psi of the tires to try to get more traction. Had to use my truck to get it into the garage, which defeats the purpose.
It was very difficult to turn this and change directions. It’s a quite a bit of muscle to change directions.
The thing that was the most concerning was the design of the post and trailer ball. For some reason there were two set screws into the ball on the sides, that made the ball too big to fit into my 2 inch coupler. I was only able to close the coupler latch by stepping on it hard and forcing the latch down. I did tighten the coupler mechanism to the ball. But when I tried to move the trailer forward, it tipped and bent the lip of my coupler. This was unacceptable and crazy, and it never happened with any other trailer I’ve ever used. I’m going to have to get a sledgehammer and then the lip of the trailer coupler back to normal.
In conclusion, this trailer mover is only adequate if you have a concrete or asphalt service and not much of a lip to go over to get into a garage. In the attached pictures, you can see the lip getting into the garage. Should not have been that much For problem.
Finally getting around to write this review. The Parkit 360 does exactly as I had hoped. It moves my trailer without any hesitation. Customer service at etrailer is always there and does a great job. I had a small issue with traction but once I lowered the tire pressure by about 10psi on the parkit360 it fixed the problem. My trailer loaded is about 4500 pounds. I purchased the 10k version of the 360 and I am totally pleased with the purchase!
It works and is well built (as in sturdy). It is slower than I thought it would be but not a big deal. I will just pull it closer to it's parking spot with the truck. The ball really locks into place when you crank it down per the instructions. That said I think it damaged the coupler on my trailer while going up a small angle from the street to the driveway. My tongue lock no longer locks securely in place. I am concerned it bent the internal latch and the ball will no longer stay securely locked in place. Oh well, live and learn. Probably best to just pull it on surfaces with very little angular change. It has plenty of pulling power.
